Business users speak or type into Copilot Studio — Azure Speech transcribes voice, GPT-4o parses intent through Azure API Management, function calling maps to journey actions, and the CI-J REST API writes live segments, triggers, and email steps back to Dynamics 365. Validation errors loop back for self-correction.

Dataset-Aware Dataverse Copilot
Copilot Studio queries D365 Marketing tables in natural language through the Dataverse MCP Server. PPAC governs allowlisted clients and DLP, semantic indexing and context assembly ground GPT-4o’s structured-output reasoning, and rendered KPIs, charts, and campaign insights return to the user mid-conversation.

Dataverse webhooks and Azure Service Bus capture every CI-J event with guaranteed delivery. Power Automate normalises telemetry into a custom Dataverse store, Power BI’s streaming dataset drives sub-minute tiles with SR-CNN anomaly detection, Power Apps gives operators a drill-down ACK surface, and Power Automate fires Teams & email alerts on SLA breach.
